Meet Chef Regi

Chef Regi Gallina brings together his Brazilian heritage and contemporary flavours at Tambo.

After many years working as a chef in Brazil, Regi now invites you to experience the flavours of his childhood, served in the stunning surrounds of Maungakiekie Golf Club.

Where to find us

We are located at the beautiful Maungakiekie Golf Club. No booking is required, and you don’t have to be a member of the Golf Club to enjoy Tambo’s freshly made fare.
